In her role as the president of the Quartier Wright Residents' Association, Pascale has helped to turn her neighbourhood into a dynamic community through events and social initiatives. Furthermore, she volunteers her time at Action Quartier, a citizens’ group that promotes citizen involvement, puts into action ecological initiatives, and brings help to those in need. She also presided over the school council of Lac-des-fées. During that time, she put in motion initiatives to augment inclusion as well as parent involvement.  

Pascale is a feminist through and through, and has used a combination of her university training and her professional experience to advance feminist causes and to put an end to all forms of discrimination.  

As a post-doctorate at the University of Ottawa, Pascale has led many field projects and has taught courses at the university on topics such as communications and discrimination. She has used her expertise to work with AGIR Outaouais to develop an anti-discrimination training. 

Pascale stands with the NDP because she believes in a Canada where no one is left behind. With a bold vision for a fairer, greener future, she is ready to bring her energy, expertise, and lived experience to fight for policies that put people first.
